Witte afgeplatte flesvormige snuff-bottle met roodbruine overlay decors met maskers en vissen. Afgesloten door een paars stopje met lepeltje.

Glass, opaque white material of tall oval form which is overlaid with a dark ruby coloured layer and carved away to reveal a carp on each side and the shoulders with mask and ring handles and the oval raised foot rim also carved from the overlay. Stopper of amethyst. Chinese, Qianlong period, 1736-1795.
