Witte ijsglazen discusvormige snuff-bottle met in reliëf een landschapdecor met tempel op wolk en mensen (goochelaar en leerling) in overlay rood. Afgesloten door een houten stopje zonder lepeltje.

Glass, single red overlay colour on a semi opaque cloudy ground, carved with a confucian with a symbolic prop demonstrating to a boy, the other side with incense emitting from a conch shell to the pavillion in the sky. Stopper carved from wood. Chinese, 1780-1850.
